U-17 Defeats Motor City

The National Team Development Program Under 17 squad was in action yesterday. They defeated the Motor City Machine 5-2:

Some other NAHL Notes. NAHL commissioner Mark Frankenfeld dropped the first puck at the Chevrolet Centre which is the new home of the Mahoning Valley Phantoms. The Phantoms have NHL bloodlines on their roster with forwards Kyle Verbeek and Jordy Trottier.

James Gallagher and Jack Callahan make college commitments.
