Here was my roster before the camp started.

Pat Quinn really made this a 19-year-old team. The average age is 18.55. I don't understand why they picked Angelo Esposito over Taylor Hall. Just reading Esposito had a strong Saturday and Sunday. There wasn't much press on Hall this weekend.

On defense, no real surprises other then carrying 8 defenseman. It will be interesting to see how Ryan Ellis is going to be used on the powerplay.

The goaltending was wide open so it was anybody's job for the taking.

That's My Take

It's no surprise that they picked Angelo Esposito. There's no way they were gonna re-write the history books and make him the first player to be cut 4-straight times.

The biggest surprise in all of this was that Jared Cowan was not invited to camp. Here's a guy that could go Top 5 in the draft and he's not even invited... it boggles my mind.

I agree on Cowan

Maybe it will humble Hall a little bit. was getting to big for his breezers. He the Ivan Hlinka this summer after he scores his hat trick skates bu USA bench tugs his name on the back and says remember the name 1 st pick in 2010.

Also asking guys at face off if they know who he is. Then says #1 pick 2010.
