TSN's Top 30

Earlier this week, Bob McKenize released the top 30 draft prospects according to the scouts he has talked to.

One that has been common in the scouting agencies is Oliver Ekman-Larsson being high. He's playing with Leksands of the Allsvenskan.

From Eliteprospects:

A very mobile defenseman with an impressive skating technique. Ekman-Larsson is blessed with good hockey sense, soft hands and impressive puck control. He is furthermore a good passer. Could improve his release.

He has put up the points with 17 in 34 contests. He hasn't played at the elite international tournaments yet. He should be in Fargo for the Under-18's.

Another guy who has turned it on has been Scott Glennie of the Brandon Wheat Kings. His teammate Brayden Schenn has been getting a lot of the attention. Glennie has 26 goals this season.

John Moore is still creeping up the list. He's ranked 15th and has 30 points in 39 contests. I think he will be going in the top 15 because what John Carlson has shown this season playing at the next level.

Jeremy Morin seems to have fallen a bit. Rumors on message boards is that he was upset for not making the World Junior Championship roster.

Morin is the best uncommitted player in the nation, Dylan Olsen is considered to best player that's uncommitted from North of the Boarder. With the Camrose Kodiaks he has 8 goals and 18 assists so far this season.

Morin has struggled with his skating, and is very inconsistent.
To compare him to Kessel is not even close. Grow up and develop, would be a concept.
