Sidorkiewicz returns to Erie

The Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League announced today that Peter Sidorkiewicz has agreed to return as the team’s Assistant Coach.

As per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.

“I’m happy to return and to continue to work with Robbie (Head Coach Ftorek) as we build a team that will bring another championship to Erie,” Sidorkiewicz said.

Sidorkiewicz, 46, has been a member of the Otters organization in various capacities since the 1999-00 season. Prior to entering the coaching ranks the Oshawa, Ontario native played goal for 14 professional seasons, including 246 games in the National Hockey League with the Hartford Whalers, Ottawa Senators and New Jersey Devils.
