QUEBEC, Friday, December 3, 2010 – The governors of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League today voted to adopt a Code of Ethics. This document is comprised of a code of conduct to guide the teams’ owners and governors in their conduct and actions; to build unity of action within the League, to preserve it and to highlight it as a predominant value.
