Key St. Catharines Spectator Facility City Council Vote Tonight!

Press Release

St. Catharines City Council will be holding a key vote tonight that will play a major factor in deciding whether plans for a new St. Catharines Spectator and Entertainment Facility will proceed.

The vote will take place tonight at the St. Catharines City Council meeting which gets underway at 6:30pm in the council chambers at City Hall. The vote is on whether or not to approve a new St. Catharines Spectator and Entertainment Facility in principal and would also give city staff authorization to request proposals from Event Management Groups to provide advice on design and planning of the facility. A full copy of the agenda for tonight's meeting with further details can be found by clicking here.

We encourage everyone that can make it to come out to the council meeting tonight and show your support for a new spectator facility. For those who cannot make it to the meeting, please ensure that you e-mail your councilors today at the e-mail addresses below.

Thank you all for your support and we hope to see you at City Council tonight!
