Smokies Announce Exhibition Fundraiser

TRAIL, BC -- The Trail Smoke Eaters are helping to raise funds for Kolby Zanier, daughter of assistant coach Barry Zanier.

The Smoke Eaters will host the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack from Kamloops on Saturday, September 17th at 7:00 PM. Please note the start time.

All gate revenue will be donated to Kolby's Trust Fund which is set up at the TD Canada Trust branch in Trail.

The Smoke Eaters are charging a flat fee of $6.00 for all seats and there will be no reserved seating for this game. Kids under the age of 5 are free if accompanied by an adult, but are also encouraged to make a donation at the door.

The team will have a cash box set up for any additional donations. As well, there will be a puck toss during one intermission with all proceeds going to Kolby's trust fund. Prizes will be featured including a retro Smoke Eaters jersey, hats and gift certificates.
