LANE LEAVES WESTSIDE

Press Release

Goaltender Brandon Lane has left the Westside Warriors.

Westside Head Coach/General Manager Rylan Ferster confirms the Oakville, Ontario native left the team on Thursday, citing personal reasons.

A few weeks shy of his 19th birthday, the netminder had not yet started a game for the Warriors this season. He played in relief of starter Steve Racine in one game, allowing 3 goals and being tagged with the loss in Westside’s Home Opener against Vernon.

The Warriors organization wishes Lane well in his future career, both on and off the ice.
