Team Yellow squeaks by Team Red, 4-3

The game between Team Yellow and Team Red was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Team Yellow emerged with a 4-3 win.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Brett Becker secured the win for Team Yellow with a goal in the third period.

Team Yellow was sparked by Becker, who tallied one goal. Becker scored 9:49 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Team Yellow. Quinton Vitek provided the assist.

Team Yellow additionally got points from Connor Wiggins, who also finished with one goal and two assists to lead the team in points and Connor Court, who also registered one goal and one assist. Team Yellow also got a goal from Trey Olson as well. In addition, Team Yellow received assists from Jed Howard, who had one and Jordan Wheatly, who had two.

Team Red put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Team Yellow to score on any of its three power plays.

Team Red was led by Jacob Hetz, who had one goal and one assist. Hetz scored 3:39 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Team Red. Elliot Tisdale picked up the assist. Tyler King also scored for Team Red.

Matthew MacInnis made eight saves before being replaced by Bradley Amato, who took the win and made 14 saves. Team Yellow incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Team Red's starting goalie, Doug Revak, made 10 saves and finished with the loss before he was taken out in favor of Tucker Murphy, who stopped 16 shots. Team Red incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
