Marsh Inks with 'Backs

Press Release

The Salmon Arm SilverBacks are very pleased to announce the signing of 18 year old Salmon Arm native; Bryden Marsh.

Marsh, a SilverBack affiliate player during the 11-12 season and former two-year Golden Rocket dressed in twelve contests for the SilverBacks last season; recording one assist and two penalty minutes as he did his best to make a lasting impression on the organization as the season came to a close.

The home-town kid played more than a full season in the KIJHL with Golden before donning a Silverback jersey for the first time in late 2011.

The SilverBacks would like to congratulate Bryden on his accomplishment and wish him the best with his off-season plans.
“Bryden is a big power forward who skates very well and loves to win the battles in the corner with a very good skill set. He had a great camp in May and it was a no brainer for me to offer him a spot on our club for this year” said Mick. “He will have a break out year for us and we are happy that he is staying in Salmon Arm to pursue his NCAA dreams. Welcome to the SilverBacks Bryden!”
