TEDESCO COMMITS TO ST. CLOUD STATE

Toronto Lakeshore Patriots forward Daniel Tedesco (photo credit - Tim Bates/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the St. Cloud State University Huskies. of the WCHA.

The 5'10", 175 lbs. native of Maple, Ontario recently completed his second year in the OJHL after joining the league as a 16-year old rookie with the Villanova Knights in 2010-11. After recording 29 points in 44 games played, Tedesco joined the Patriots following the season when the Knights moved to Orangeville. He would lead the club in numerous offensive categories this past season, including 28 goals, 60 points, 8 power play goals and 4 game-winning goals. Tedesco would again lead the club with 13 goals during their successful playoff run to the South-East Conference Final, while finishing fourth overall in playoff goal scoring.

Tedesco is the fifth player to receive a Division I scholarship from last year’s Patriots.
