Swift Current Bronco General Manager and Head Coach Mark Lamb announced that the club has re-assigned 19-year-old defenceman Eric Walker and 18-year-old goaltender Steven Myland.
Walker has been
re-assigned to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the BCHL. He was acquired
by the Broncos in January 2012 from the Vancouver Giants. The 6’2”,
193-pound product of Castlegar, BC appeared in three games with the
Broncos this season where he recorded 5 PIM and posted a plus/minus
rating of +1.
Myland has been
re-assigned to the North Delta Devils of the PIJHL. He was acquired by
the Broncos in January 2011 from the Kootenay Ice. The 6’1”, 203-pound
native of Cloverdale, BC made three pre-season appearances with the club
where he recorded a 1.54 GAA and a 0.947 save percentage.
