Goaltender Michael Fredrick of the Brooks Bandits is the Alberta Dodge
Dealers AJHL Player of the Month for October 2012. Fredrick was
undefeated in October (11-0) and extended his winning streak to 16 games
in the 2012-2013 regular season.
During the month of October, Fredrick recorded one shutout and posted a
2.27 GAA. The 18 year-old from Lethbridge, AB stopped 216 of 241 shots
on net throughout October. Currently, Fredrick is 5th amongst AJHL
goaltenders with a 2.31 GAA.
The Brooks Bandits are undefeated with a 17-0 record in the 2012-2013
regular season. The AJHL Record for Longest Season Opening Winning
Streak is 18 games.
The Alberta Junior Hockey League is pleased to partner with the Alberta
Dodge Dealer Association and will recognize the AJHL Player of the
Month throughout the AJHL season.
