Cowichan Capitals are extremely pleased to annaounce that Steen Cooper
has accepted a scholarship to Minnesota State - Mankato. "We look
forward to seeing Steen continue to develop as he prepares for
university. Steen has worked very hard, and we are extremely proud of
his achievements", said Head Coach Jim Ingram.
Minnesota State -
Mankato is located in the city of Mankato, 75 miles southwest of the
city on Minneapolis - St. Paul. The Mavericks play in the Western
Collegiate Hockey Association with rivals including Bemidji State and
Michigan Tech.
