Dunn suspended for 2 games

Press Release

The Director of Player Safety of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Raymond Bolduc, today suspended Val-d'Or Foreurs forward Vincent Dunn for two games for inappropriate comments which were directed towards his opponent during the game played on November 18.

Moreover, the organization has been fined $500.

"The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League created an antidiscrimination policy in December of 2006 in order to ban all forms of discrimination," said League Commissioner Gilles Courteau. "Our policy is based on the principle of zero tolerance and it applies to all comments which are deemed inappropriate. All of our participants must be treated with respect and dignity."
