Fighting Falcons Sign Zach Feldman To Tender Agreement

PORT HURON, MI -- The Port Huron Fighting Falcons, proud members of the North American Hockey League, today announced the signing of defenseman Zach Feldman to a tender agreement for the 2013-2014 season. The tender agreement gives the Fighting Falcons Feldman’s  playing rights within the NAHL for next season.

A San Diego native, Feldman played this season for Cranbrook Kingswood High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where he won a Division 3 state title. Feldman led all Cranbrook defensemen with 30 points on 2 goals and 28 assists in 31 games.

“Zach is a great defenseman who got in some great experience winning a state title with Cranbrook,” said Michael Gershon, head coach and general manager of the Port Huron Fighting Falcons. “As a leader on a championship team, he is a kid that knows what it takes to win.”

Feldman is the third defenseman tendered by the Fighting Falcons for next season, and the tenth overall. The Fighting Falcons have signed tender agreements with players from nine different states.
