North Stars Hire Marketing/Office Manager

North Battleford SK.– The Battlefords North Stars are pleased to announce that Trent Cey has joined the Hockey Team as the new Marketing/ Office Manager.

Cey will be responsible for the marketing and sales, public relations, office management, and game day events for the Junior A Hockey team. In addition, Trent will lead existing and develop new fundraising activities for the North Stars Franchise.

The resident of North Battleford, Cey recently was a Sales Consultant for Battlefords Publishing, responsible for weekly sales, booking advertisements, and contest coordination. Cey was also a sports reporter and web editor for the Battlefords News Optimist and Regional Optimist newspapers. During that time he was recognized for having the top sports story, top tourism story, and best recreational series.

Trent is knowledgeable of the hockey team and is well known in the Battlefords Region.”

Cey will begin his new position with the North Stars on Monday, April 22, 2013 and will be available in the North Stars Office.
