Vees forward Nanne earns Gongshow BCHL Player of the Week nod

Penticton Vees forward Louie Nanne has been named the Gongshow BCHL Player of the Week for the week ending March 31, the league announced Monday.

Nanne was named 2nd Star both nights as the Vees took a 2-0 series lead in the Interior Conference finals against the West Kelowna Warriors. In Game 1, the Edina, Minn. native notched a goal and an assist and followed that with the game-winning tally in Game 2

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound  Minnesota Wild draft pick currently leads the Vees in playoff scoring with three goals and six assists in six games.
