Hrynkiw Commits to North Dakota

Press Release

The Humboldt Broncos are pleased to announce that goaltender Matt Hrynkiw of Saskatoon, SK has committed to play for the University of North Dakota for the 2013-2014 season.

The University of North Dakota is a NCAA Division I school that plays in the NCHC Conference.
Matt has been nothing but spectacular in his three full seasons with the Broncos.  This past season was his best yet as he was awarded with the SJHL Goaltender of the Year Award after posting a 27-11-2 record, with a 0.939 save %, and a 1.83 GAA.

He also posted 6 shutouts and was the backbone of a solid Bronco team that won the regular season pennant.  He has also been nominated for the CJHL Goaltender of the Year Award, which will be awarded later in May.
