Press Release

The West Kelowna Warriors and Boyd Autobody & Glass teamed up to raise over $1500 for the Kelowna SPCA.

Head Coach/GM Rylan Ferster & Jason Abougoush from Boyd presented Heather Harrison & Suzanne Pugh of the Kelowna SPCA with the cheque.

Throughout the 2012-13 season Warriors fans were encouraged to purchase Frisbees donated by Boyd Autobody & Glass.  Half of the funds raised went directly to the SPCA thanks to their great volunteers!

Each year the Kelowna SPCA helps hundreds of animals find new homes, and each penny helps put animals in safe homes.

“Our organization is pleased to have such a great relationship with the local SPCA and a company like Boyd,” says Head Coach/GM Rylan Ferster.  “It was a great year being able to help out so much in the community.  We look forward to raising even more money next year!”
