 May 31, 2013 -  The Express are proud to announce Stanstead College's Senior Alternate Captain, Nicolas Beaudin will be suiting up for the team this coming season.

After two years at Stanstead College, the 18 year old is thrilled to bring his talents west to Coquitlam. Beaudin finished the 2012-2013 season with 31 goals and 33 assists for a total of 64 points in 61 games. Nicolas was the recipient of the Dawes Trophy as the team's Most Valuable Player. He is presently ranked 167th on the NHL Scouting Bureau's Final Prospect list for the upcoming June draft.

"We are very excited to add a player like Nicolas Beaudin to our line up. Nicolas is a great player that has strong character and work ethic coming from a great program like Stanstead College, where he received quality coaching from Coach James Rioux and his staff. We know that he will be ready to compete at the BCHL level." - Express Head Coach, Barry Wolff.

Stanstead Head Coach, James Rioux had this to say about the senior winger, "Nicolas is an excellent two-way hockey player with strong hockey IQ and skill. He has been a consistent player for us the past two seasons and we wish him the very best with his new team."
