The Prince Albert Raiders announced today that they have signed Prince
Albert local Lance Yaremchuk to a Western Hockey League standard
contract.
Yaremchuk finished 4th in Saskatchewan Midget AAA scoring this past season, recording a league-leading 38 goals along with 25 assists for 63 points in 44 games played with the Prince Albert Mintos. The 5’8”, 160-pound forward also led the SMAAAHL in playoff goals scored, with 9, and finished second for total playoff points, with 14 in 19 post-season contests.
The Prince Albert native was the Raiders 6th round selection, 116th overall, in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.
