The Leafs have signed goaltender Christopher Gibson to a three-year
entry level contract. The 6-1, 190-pound native of Karkkila, Finland,
participated in the Maple Leafs prospect camp last week.
Gibson played four seasons (2009-10 to 2012-13) with Chicoutimi in
the QMJHL. He was originally selected by Los Angeles in the second
round, 49th overall, in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
The 20 year-old netminder posted a record of 17-18-4 last season with a 3.08 GAA and .902 SV%
