KEARNEY, Neb. – The Tri-City Storm are once again helping local non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts this season.
The fundraising program is designed to help groups raise money while enjoying a fun night out with friends and family at a Tri-City Storm game.
This ticket rebate program sees a portion of ticket sales donated back to the organization.
To get involved, the participating organization first needs to select one of the 30 home dates from the newly released 2013-14 regular season schedule. Then it is as easy as selling tickets to the game. The Storm schedule can now be viewed in full at stormhockey.com.
Each participant will receive a Storm fundraising packet that provides the necessary tools for a successful sales campaign. The packets serve as the presentation and collection tool for the individuals that represent the participating organizations in selling tickets to the pre-determined game date.
“The Storm takes great pride in being a good corporate citizen,” said Greg Shea, President of the Tri-City Storm. “One way we have been able to contribute back to the surrounding communities is our cooperative ticket selling program. The program is a win-win for the participating organization and the hockey club. We both succeed when working together in promoting and selling a game night experience.”
