Lumberjacks Add Forward Trevor Morbeck

MUSKEGON, Michigan (August 9th) – The Muskegon Lumberjacks have announced that they have picked up Forward Trevor Morbeck, who recently concluded the 2012-13 season with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and he will join the active roster and participate in the team’s training camp beginning in late August.

Morbeck, the Jackson, Wisconsin native, spent the last four seasons from 2009-13 playing in the OHL for three different teams in Oshawa along with the Sault St. Marie Greyhounds and Kingston Frontenacs.  During his OHL career, Morbeck compiled 80 points (29 goals and 51 assists) in 220 games played.
Morbeck was a third round pick (60th overall) by Sault St. Marie in the 2009 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection Draft.
