Blades Re-Assign Brandon Kegler to Leduc

Press Release

The Saskatoon Blades have re-assigned goaltender Brandon Kegler ('97) to the Leduc Oil Kings M-AAA club.

The 6'2, 193 pound Kegler was the Blades 4th round selection, 79th overall, in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft.  Kegler appeared in the Blades lone exhibition game up to this date, starting and playing the first 40 minutes of the team's loss in Swift Current last Wednesday.

The move puts the Blades roster at 27 players, including two goalies, 8 defencemen and 17 forwards.  The two remaining goaltenders on the Blades roster are Nathan Alalouf and Alex Moodie.
