Bulls acquire Jason DaSilva

 BELLEVILLE, ON - Belleville Bulls Head Coach and General Manager George Burnett announced Thursday that the team has acquired goaltender Jason DaSilva from the Guelph Storm. In exchange, the Bulls trade a 7th round pick in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection to Guelph.

An 18 year-old native of Milton, DaSilva is a graduate of the Halton Hurricanes Minor Midget program. The 5'11", 180Ibs. netminder was Guelph's 7th round pick in 2011. He split last season between the Storm and the Jr. B affiliate Guelph Hurricanes, appearing in a total of 31 games.

"This is a move that will strengthen our organizational depth in the crease," said Burnett. "We look forward to seeing Jason in our lineup on Friday night."
