The Green Bay Gamblers are pleased to announce
the addition of former Boston College defenseman Colin Sullivan to the
Green Bay Gamblers roster yesterday afternoon.
“We are excited to be able to add a player of his caliber and experience,” Said Head Coach and General Manager Derek Lalonde.
Sullivan saw action in 32 games last season with the Eagles, including 24 Hockey East contests tailing one assist. Prior to Boston College, Sullivan earned 2012 New England Prep All-Star Team honors as a senior defenseman at Avon Old Farms recording 16 points (seven goals and nine assists) in 17 games for the Winged Beavers. During his junior season, Sullivan played in 27 games recording 15 points (three goals and 12 assists) and as a sophomore in 2010 Sullivan helped Avon Old Farms win the New England Prep School championship.
Sullivan was drafted in the 7th round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadiens.
