The Quebec Major Junior Hockey
League today announced that Sébastien Auger of the Saint John Sea Dogs
is the VAUGHN QMJHL Goaltender of the Month for September.
The 19-ear-old native of St-Augustin-de-Desmaures registered two wins in four starts while posting an excellent 1.72 goals-against-average and .957 save percentage. Auger allowed only seven goals in four games and never more than three in a sigle contest.
The goaltender is starting his third season with the Sea Dogs organization. He has recorded a total of 38 wins with two shutouts in 82 games and boasts a career .908 save percentage.
