Spruce Kings sign Brogan O'Brien

Press Release sent to the World of Junior Hockey

PRINCE GEORGE, BC – The Prince George Spruce Kings of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) announced today the addition of Brogan O’Brien to the team’s lineup effective immediately.
Brogan O’Brien is a 6’ 01” 172 lbs left handed forward from Prince George, BC. The 1997 born centre was a standout during the team’s main training camp, preseason games and most recently as a called-up affiliate player.
After watching Brogan play for us last Friday in Coquitlam as well as in the Major Midget league showcase last weekend, I have no doubts that he is ready to make the jump to the BCHL and to our team,” said Mike Hawes, Spruce Kings General Manager. “Brogan is a very mature young man and a dynamic player with a tremendous skill set. Our fans will enjoy watching Brogan over the next several seasons.”
Brogan will be in the Spruce Kings lineup for this weekend’s home games on Friday October 4th versus the Vernon Vipers and Saturday October 5th versus the Victoria Grizzlies. Both games are 7pm starts in the Prince George Coliseum with tickets available through the Spruce Kings office.
