SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs have recalled forward Brett Malone from the Miramichi Timberwolves of the Maritime Hockey League.
Malone, 19, has two goals and 13 points in 13 games so far this season with the Timberwolves.
The Miramichi-native played 22 games for the Sea Dogs last season, registering two goals and three points. He also skated in three playoff games.
He has nine goals and 15 points in 131 QMJHL regular season games during stops with the Sea Dogs, Moncton Wildcats, Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
Malone was drafted in the 3rd round (52nd overall) by the Wildcats in the 2010 QMJHL Entry Draft.
