Killer Bees sign Josh French for 2014-15 season

HIDALGO, Texas – The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees proudly announces the signing of tender, Josh French, for the 2014-2015 season.

Josh French is a 5’11”, 175 lbs Center coming from Woodbury, Minnesota. French is currently playing for the Hill-Murray High School Pioneers and is also a Captain for the team. During the 2012-2013 season French has accumulated 14 goals, 17 assists, and 31 points.

In the North American Hockey League, a tender is a contract that players sign to announce his commitment to play for that particular NAHL team and that team only. The player’s playing rights solely belongs to that team and he may not be recruited by any other team within the league once the player signs. Teams are granted up to ten tenders and become active on the first of November. All tendered players are not eligible for the NAHL draft.
