NOJHL returns to Little Current Saturday

SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League is returning to Little Current this weekend as the Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands Recreation Centre will host a neutral site contest between the North Bay Trappers and Espanola Rivermen at 7 p.m.

The area last hosted the NOJHL back in 2011 when the Manitoulin Islanders were part of the league before relocating to Kirkland Lake.

There is also another neutral site match-up Friday when McIntyre Arena in Timmins serves as the venue at 7:30 p.m. with the Abitibi Eskimos and Blind River Beavers serving as the participants.
