Another Attack on the ice

In a recent game between the Oshawa Generals and the Kingston Frontenacs, Oshawaw's James Delory went off on Nathan Moon of Kingston. Here's the video:


The initial hit was clean. Did Moon give a slash? Yes. What's Delory thinking, that's the question? Is he getting ready for spring training? Because with a swing like that, he would look good in the middle of the Toronto Blue Jays line up.

It seems which weekend the incidents keep getting worse. Should players in general get a mental examination when they sign a contract? It would be the same as a player getting a physical when a contract is signed.

Would that stop players going off like they do. Accidents do happen but this specific incident was no accident.

Delory has already served two games but he could likely face more games as a discipline hearing is being set.

Moon is leading Kingston with 47 points including 19 goals. Delory is an enforcer.
