A dangerous hit by Rinaldo

In game one of the London Knights-Erie Otters series, Zac Rinaldo of the London Knights gave an elbow to Ryan O'Reilly.

I feel Rinaldo is gone for the rest of the series and probably gone from round two also. Even though I believe O'Reilly saw him coming and turned his back to the play, it was a clear shot to the head. Rinaldo could of stopped easily.

I was watching the Hockey East semi-finals last night and there was a hit by Brandon Yip of Boston University as dangerous this hit. The color commentator made a great point by saying the most dangerous hit is when the player is one foot away from the boards. It's because the head can land in an awkward position.

Another reaon I believe Rinaldo is gone for a while is the fact it's his second dangerous hit this season. It's mentioned in the video of the hit he laid on Andrew Yogan also of the Otters.

That's My Take

Is this why Yogan has not been in the line up lately? Did he suffer a concussion?
