The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce Danny Smith has committed to the University of Alaska-Anchorage for the 2013 season.
"Crusaders organization is extremely excited for Danny and his family about his commitment to the University of Alaska-Anchorage" says Crusaders GM/Coach Tim Fragle. Smith has played the past 2 seasons with the Crusaders and recorded 59 points in 60 games this past season. "Danny possess a mixture of high skill level and speed. We look forward to helping him develop again this upcoming season" says Fragle
Smith becomes the 5th Crusader to commit to a post secondary institution this past season. Matt Tomkins-Ohio State (NCAA), Jesse Koch-Nait Ooks (ACAC), Jessi Hilton-UBC (CIS) and Peter Quenneville-Quinnipiac (NCAA).
