Jason Clarke is happy to announce that Alex Globke has accepted a
scholarship offer from Lake Superior State and will suit up for the
Lakers beginning in the 2013-2014 season. Globke arrived to Carleton
Place from Port Huron of the NAHL with impressive stats and he hasn't
disappointed thus far in his first CCHL season. The 6'2, 194lb forward
has 7 goals and 7 assists for 14 points to go along with 16 minutes in
penalties and sits third in team scoring.
'Alex has adjusted really quickly to our style of game and is improving
week to week,' said Clarke. 'In his short time here, he's done what
we've asked of him and has worked hard in practice to get his game to
the level is is now. He can only continue to get better as the season
progresses.'
From everyone in the Canadians' family, congrats Alex!
