Press Release
Dec 2nd 2012 when the Grizzlies host the Langley Riverman will be the Annual Teddy Bear Toss.
Bring
your cuddly bears and get ready to launch them onto the ice as soon as
the Grizzlies score their first goal... We ask that the bears be wrapped
in clear plastic, and the Grizzlies players will be dropping off the
bears at the Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island, the
Goldstream Food Bank and Santa's Anonymous.
In addition, the
December 2nd game is also a Raincheck Night - all unused pre-purchased
tickets may be used for this game, and following the game - all fans who
bring their skates can skate with the Grizzlies players.
This is an afternoon game so the puck drops at 1:30.
