The Woodstock Slammers will be hosting their American rival the Bay State Breakers on Friday, November 30th.
The Bay Sate Breakers are members of the Eastern Junior Hockey League
and are currently sit in second place in the southern division. The
Breakers have consistently been one of the top teams in the EJHL and
will present a big challenge for the Slammers. "We've been battling each
other every year in exhibition play and the teams play hard against
each other, you can see the North American pride come out of both teams.
I believe were tied in the series so this one has some bragging rights.
They are looking forward to playing in front of a big crowd and I'm
sure they will feed off it. We know they will be ready to play. David
McCauley will have his team motivated and Woodstock fans will have the
opportunity to see an excellent team", commented Coach Tatarnic.
Tickets are available at the box office during this Friday night's home game.
