Press Release
Kitchener Rangers Head Coach and General Manager Steve Spott announced today that the team has signed Doug Blaisdell, the team’s third-round pick in the 2013 Priority Selection to an Ontario Hockey League contract.
Described by Rangers scouts as a hard-nosed defensive defenseman with great size and skating ability, Blaisdell played 21 games with the Detroit Honeybaked U16s in 2012-13, recording 10 points and 18 penalty minutes.
