Hawks Hire New Trainer

Press Release

The Nipawin Hawks are pleased to announce the hiring of Emma Galloway as their Athletic Therapist for the upcoming season.

Emma comes highly recommended with a lot of experience, having spent the past 4 years with the Cambridge Winter Hawks Jr. B.

“With talking to Emma she said all the right things and has the same beliefs that we promote to our players and I felt very comfortable during our conversations and look forward to working with Emma in the future” says Doug Johnson.

“Emma will be incredibly valuable with her diagnosis and treatment of injuries and we know that our players will be in great hands with Emma on board”.

Emma received her bachelor degree of Applied Health Science (Athletic Therapy) from the Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning out of Brampton, Ontario.

She will be arriving in Nipawin around the middle of August and will be on hand to help out with the Hawks hockey school and to prepare for the upcoming season.

Welcome to the Hawks family Emma and to the SJHL.
