SAN JOSE, California – San Jose Sharks (@sanjosesharks) Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has signed 2013 first round selection defenseman Mirco (MEHR-co) Mueller to a standard entry-level contract.
Mueller, the Sharks first round selection (18th overall) in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, was named Everett’s (WHL) Rookie of the Year in 2012-13 after posting 31 points (six goals, 25 assists) in 63 games, second-most among all WHL rookie defensemen.
