Ryan to Drop Puck Saturday

The Owen Sound Attack is pleased to announce that Anaheim Ducks forward and former Attack Captain Bobby Ryan will be conducting the ceremonial faceoff on Saturday evening when the Attack play host to the Sarnia Sting.

Ryan, 25, suited up in 249 regular season games for the Attack between 2003 and 2007, serving as Captain from 2005-2007 and was the 2nd overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft to Anaheim.

The New Jersey native is the Owen Sound Franchise’s all-time leading scorer with 133 goals and 192 assists for 325 points. Since his graduation from the Attack, Ryan has spent four full seasons in the National Hockey League where he has amassed 136 goals and 123 assists for 259 points, including four straight 30 goal seasons from 2008-2012.
