Prince Albert SK- The
Prince Albert Raiders will be hosting their annual spring camp this
upcoming weekend, with the Raiders prospects taking part in off-ice
fitness testing, nutritional and mental preparation seminars, a tour of
Carlton High School, conditioning programs and 2 on-ice skill sessions.
The group attending will feature all 9
2013 WHL Bantam draft selections, including Jake Kryski who the Raiders
selected in the first round, 13th overall, after scoring 118
points and recording a plus-96 rating in 58 games last season for the
Burnaby Winter Club Bantam Bruins. A total of 25 Raiders prospects
including drafted and listed players, will participate in the weekend’s
activities.
The camp begins with orientation on Friday May 31st
at 2:30 at the Art Hauser Centre, followed by fitness testing at 4:00.
The players will take to the ice on Saturday at 11:00 AM and Sunday at
9:00 AM at the Rutherford arena in Saskatoon. The on ice sessions are
open to the public.
