Sea Dogs recall Webster, Joseph

SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs have recalled forward Mathieu Joseph and defenceman Bailey Webster from their respective midget AAA hockey clubs.

Joseph, 16, was selected in the third round (51st overall) of the 2013 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Entry Draft.

The Chambly, Quebec, native has 11 goals and 36 points in 32 games this season for the College Antoine-Girouard Gaulois of the Quebec Midget AAA Hockey League.

He had a goal and an assist in three pre-season games with Saint John.

Webster, also 16, was a seventh-round selection (113th overall) by the Sea Dogs in 2013.

The Kensington, P.E.I., native has two goals and 14 points in 21 games this season for the Kensington Monaghan Farms Wild of the NB/PEI Midget AAA Hockey League.

He had one goal in two pre-season games for the Sea Dogs.
