THUNDERBIRDS ACQUIRE FOULK FROM SILVERTIPS

Press Release

KENT, WA - Seattle Thunderbirds general manager Russ Farwell today announced the team has acquired defenseman Griffin Foulk from the Everett Silvertips in exchange for a fourth round pick in the 2014 Bantam Draft.

"We feel Griffin has considerable upside and we liked what we saw from him," said Farwell. "We felt he would be a good addition to our group at this time."

Foulk, from Broomfield, Colorado, is a 6'0, 185-pound left handed defenseman in his rookie season. He has appeared in 14 games this season for the Silvertips and has not registered a point.
The T-Birds take on the Portland Winterhawks on Saturday at ShoWare Center at 7:05pm. They face the Everett Silvertips on Tuesday, November 27, at 7:05pm at ShoWare Center.
