65 QMJHL Players Invited to NHL Training Camps

BOUCHERVILLE, Friday, September 11, 2009 – The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League is proud to announce that 65 QMJHL players are attending NHL training camps this season.

Of the 65 players attending camps, 49 were selected by NHL teams in the NHL Entry Draft while 16 were invited to camps as free agents.

The Quebec Remparts (8), the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles (7) and the Saint John Sea Dogs (7) head the list of teams with the most invitees.

Each year, several QMJHL graduates make the jump to the NHL.

The following is a list of QMJHL players, by team, who will attend NHL training camps this season:
