Colin White honored by the Olympiques

Gatineau, November 1st, 2012 – The Gatineau Olympiques organization will honor the former Olympiques, Colin White by hosting is number 24 in the heights of the Robert Guertin Centre on Friday November 9th, 2012.

Colin has marked the history of the Olympiques by winning the President cup in 1995 and 1997 in addition to winning the Memorial Cup in Hull in 1997. Known for his defensive play and his hard hits, he played 137 games in the QMJHL in which he scored 5 goals and 22 assists for a total of 27 points. He also won two Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils since the beginning of his career in the NHL.

The season ticket holders can register via the official web site of the team or at the Robert-Guertin Centre for a chance to meet with Colin White and to obtain his autograph. The draw will be held next Tuesday.

The fans can purchase their tickets at the Olympiques’ ticket office, by phone at 819-773-7360 or by internet at www.ovation.qc.ca

Please also note that the game will be broadcast on TV at TVA Sports and on Sportsnet. For this reason, the game will start at 7:00 PM
