Titans 16U forward Somoza signs NAHL tender with Fairbanks

Press Release

California Titans 16U forward Ethan Somoza became the first NAPHL player of the 2012-13 season to sign an NAHL tender as he inked an agreement with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs.

Somoza, 16, leads all NAPHL players in scoring at the 16U level with 18 points in eight games played to date.  The native of Simi Valley, California, also has 14 goals, which is tops in the entire NAPHL.  Somoza was named the Poinstreak Peak Performer for the 16U Division back in the month of September for his tremendous performance at the season-opening event in Blaine, Minnesota.

His California Titans 16U team sits atop of the NAPHL's Red Division with a 6-1-1 record.
