PORT HURON -- The Port Huron Fighting Falcons, proud members of the North American Hockey
League, today announced the signing of forward Cody Guidorzi to a
tender agreement for the 2013-2014 season. The tender agreement gives
the Fighting Falcons Guidorzi’s playing rights within the NAHL for next
season.
A St. Louis. MO native, Guidorzi is currently playing for the St.
Louis Jr. Blues of the tier III NA3HL. Guidorzi led the Jr. Blues with
54 points on 24 goals and 30 assists in 44 games played in the regular
season. The 17-year-old forward tallied three goals and three assists
in St. Louis’ three-game first-round victory over the Quad City Jr.
Flames.
“Cody is a top-20 scorer in the NA3HL, and a guy that we think can
make an impact at the next level for us next season,” said Michael
Gershon, head coach and general manager of the Port Huron Fighting
Falcons.
Guidorzi is the seventh forward tendered by the Fighting Falcons for
next season, and the ninth overall. The Fighting Falcons have signed
